New wireless intruder alarm in Sheffield
“I cannot speak highly enough of how satisfied i am with Platinum Electrical. I first spoke to Dan about a quote to fit a wireless alarm, he was very helpful and managed to come and do the work on the day which was best for me even though it meant him changing other work around. Both Dan and Greg were very friendly and explained things to me and gave me good expert advice. The work was carried brilliantly and at a good price. I would certainly recommend them, and will certainly use them again in the future.”

“Excellent service. Came out as promised. The engineer was one of those rare breeds who will be smiling however late the hour. I was very impressed and asked him to upgrade my thirteen year never-serviced alarm system. Excellent email contact with the head office. Had an alarm upgrade and two CCTV cameras. Was offered a great deal on a further upgrade of two more cams. If you watch the selling channels, if Platinum Electrical were a product it certainly fits the bill... and it only gets better”

New custom electric and gas meter boxes in Nottingham
“10/10 . Greg managed to do a tricky job that 3 tradesman said they couldn't do - I was passed from pillar to post. His communication was fantastic, explaining my options and coming back to me very quickly - even outside of work hours which is great. The job was done very quickly and the work looks fantastic. He was polite and friendly and even helped when I made a mistake with the payment!! I trust him around my house and will be using him again in the future and recommending to friends+family .Thank you.”
